My snails come in three sizes, and the colouring on each shell comes out different every time. They are provided with two hanging loops, so that they can easily be secured to any surface, as well as free-standing. I have seen them displayed on potting shed roofs, menacing the lettuce seedlings in a greenhouse, and here, progressing up a wall for some reason known only to the snail.
